Thrive Consultancy Refund Policy
At Thrive Life Consultancy, I am committed to providing a transformative experience through my workshop sessions. I understand that circumstances may arise that could affect your ability to attend. Please review my refund policy below:
1. Cancellation by Participant:
If you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the workshop date, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
– Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
– Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date.
2. Transfer Policy:
– If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify me via email at least 48 hours before the workshop to facilitate the transfer.
3. Cancellation by Thrive Consultancy:
– In the unlikely event that Thrive Consultancy must cancel a workshop, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants. Notifications will be sent via email, and I will also offer the option to transfer your registration to another session.
4. Refund Process:
– To request a refund, please contact me at consult@consultingthrive.com with your registration details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
